Premier Consultant Services, Inc. (Premier) offers a full array of compliance coordination services. Our clients include: joint venture entities, public agencies, engineering/infrastructure consultants, and capital program management firms. Premier will coordinate and verify that all labor compliance documents have been submitted and are accurate for all of the subcontractors on your project - this includes DAS 140/142 and Certified Payroll Reports. We will confirm that the subcontractors are paying the correct amount per the correct wage determination, including fringes. We will also verify that the apprenticeship ratios are being met. We will make recommendations regarding payment/payment holds based on labor compliance documents received. All documentation will be provided to our client in one package when the project has been completed (or if requested monthly/annually).
